Apora BV is responsible for appropriate organizational, technical and physical security of files in which personal data and traffic data are stored and processed. Your personal data is only accessible to employees of Apora B.V. with the aim of representing your interests with regard to our services. Apora B.V. will not make your information available to third parties. If your data has to be shared with another party, this will not happen without your written permission and prior notice.

02 Why do we use your data? What are our purposes?

Company data

We ask you to enter your company name and business address and company data relevant to your order when you purchase our products as a company.

 

E-mail address

Keep your e-mail address to communicate with you about your agreement or account, to keep you up-to-date on new developments via newsletters or to invite you to meetings.

 

Telephone number

We use your telephone number to contact you or request input.

 

IP address

We save your IP address in order to be able to track website visits via the Zoho SalesIQ application.

 

Bank details

We store this to check whether a payment has come from you or to credit amounts, if necessary

 

Login details and customer number

We store your login details to secure access to your account. Only you or people with whom you share this information can log in. A unique customer number is created to help you quickly.

 

Other data

We also collect (personal) data that is not immediately necessary for the implementation of an agreement. This happens in the event of a legitimate interest or with your permission. This concerns the following data:

the website of Apora B.V. makes limited use of analytical cookies. These are necessary for our website to function optimally. These cookies do not affect the privacy of the user.

 

The website of Apora B.V. also uses third party cookies for the Zoho applications. These cookies are only stored if the user clicks on a trial version of a Zoho app. These trial versions of Zoho stop automatically after two weeks and have no further legal consequences for the user.
